Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all logistics aspects of events, including parking needs, credentials distribution, inventory management, and transportation coordination.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of logistics plans.
  • Develop and implement logistics plans for each event.
  • Manage onsite parking arrangements.
  • Work closely with Service Team to ensure accurate inventory records and coordinate restocking as needed for upcoming events.
  • Arrange and coordinate transportation methods.
  • Troubleshoot and address logistical issues in real-time to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience working with trucking companies is preferred.
