Logistics Coordinator
Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all logistics aspects of events, including parking needs, credentials distribution, inventory management, and transportation coordination.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of logistics plans.
- Develop and implement logistics plans for each event.
- Manage onsite parking arrangements.
- Work closely with Service Team to ensure accurate inventory records and coordinate restocking as needed for upcoming events.
- Arrange and coordinate transportation methods.
- Troubleshoot and address logistical issues in real-time to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working with trucking companies is preferred.
