Description

Position Overview: Dragon Seats is expanding its operations and opening a new office in Kansas City, MO, to support a large part of the Midwest region. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our team in this exciting venture. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales, operations, and customer relationships across the Midwest, with a focus on the Kansas City area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share across the Midwest region.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, service and support staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and contractors throughout the Midwest.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or service management, preferably in sports industry. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Midwest market and experience working with sports venues or entertainment facilities is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
