Position title
Full Charge Bookkeeper


  • Maintain and manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate recording of financial data.
  • Process payroll and related tasks.
  • Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare and submit relevant tax documents in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support budgeting processes.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance.


  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office Suite and Bill.com.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
